‘MOTHER-INFANT RELATIONSHIP‘
The theme of this project is the physical responses associated with the infant's deprivation of the mother in the mother-infant relationship. The breasts are swollen and painful when people on period, thinking about the causes that lead to the swelling and pain in the mother's breasts when she is breastfeeding as well.
This project will draw the viewer's attention to the effects that a mother's body can have when breastfeeding, portraying an image that is inclusive and protective of the child, as well as a device that shows the predation that a baby's sucking on the breasts can have on the mother.
